Exchange
The buyer has the right to exchange the goods by:

choosing another product that is available for sale;

placing an order if the selected item is not in stock.
If the product for exchange is in stock, the exchanged product will be shipped within a few business days from the moment the exchange is confirmed.
If the product is available exclusively through placing an order, the shipping time may be up to 14 business days.
In the event of a defect, manufacturing defect or damage to the goods, provided that such circumstances were indicated by the Buyer when applying for an exchange and the Buyer immediately notified the Supplier on the day of receipt of the goods with photo confirmations, the exchange and delivery are carried out at the expense of the Supplier.
If the exchange is carried out for subjective reasons (the color, model, size, appearance, etc. did not suit), delivery of the goods for exchange to the Supplier's warehouse is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Supplier shall inspect them for integrity, absence of damage, traces of use and preservation of the presentable appearance. If during the inspection it is established that the actual condition of the goods does not correspond to the information provided by the Buyer when applying for an exchange, the Supplier reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", goods of proper quality can be exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the requirements stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine are met.
Exchange is possible only if the product has not been used, is intact, in its original condition, and is fully equipped and packaged.
Return
If a defect or damage to the goods is detected upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to check the goods at the postal operator's office and notify the Supplier on the day of receipt of the order, providing a photo confirming the damage or defects.
In this case, the return of the goods and their re-shipment are carried out at the company's expense.
If the return is due to subjective reasons (the product did not fit, did not like it, changed decision, etc.), as well as in the event of the Buyer's unjustified refusal of the delivered product of proper quality and in the quantity specified in the order, the return of such product is carried out at the expense and by the Buyer, subject to prior agreement with the Supplier.
After receiving the returned goods, the Supplier checks them for integrity, absence of damage, traces of use, and preservation of their presentation.
If during the inspection it is established that the actual condition of the goods does not correspond to the information specified by the Buyer when processing the return (in particular, if it was stated that the goods were not damaged), the Supplier reserves the right to refuse to accept the return.
If the product meets the established requirements and is accepted for return, the money for the product will be returned in full to the Buyer within several business days from the moment of completion of the inspection.
Returns are possible only if the product is in its original condition, intact and complete.
