The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as material problems, as well as mechanical failures of the table itself. However, the warranty does not cover cases related to exceeding the permissible load or improper use of the product.

The maximum load on the table depends on the type of the table's mechanism.
— For tables with a single-motor mechanism, the permissible load is up to 80 kg.
— Tables with a dual-motor mechanism can withstand loads of up to 100 kg.

The standard table package includes a frame, tabletop, control panel, and detailed step-by-step assembly instructions.
Depending on the type of mechanism, the table is packed differently. Dual-motor models are packaged in three boxes: two boxes with the frame and one box with the tabletop. Single-motor tables are packed in two boxes ‒ the frame and the tabletop separately.
Dual-motor tables are additionally equipped with the Anti-Collision system ‒ a protective function that automatically stops or changes the table's movement when an obstacle is detected during lifting or lowering, preventing damage to the table and surrounding objects.
The kit also includes a control panel with built-in Bluetooth modules, which allows you to conveniently control the table and save your favorite height settings.
Unfortunately, we do not manufacture tables in custom sizes, since we have our own production with established standard parameters. However, we have a wide selection of tabletops of different sizes to suit any needs, as well as various frame options for your comfort and style.
To make working at an electric desk comfortable and beneficial for your health, it is recommended to regularly change positions between sitting and standing during the workday.
Many ergonomic experts recommend changing positions approximately every 30–60 minutes: around 30–45 minutes of sitting and 15–20 minutes of standing is considered optimal.
Such periods help:

increase overall performance and comfort.
There is no one “perfect” schedule for everyone, but the most effective way is to listen to your body and switch positions regularly, without waiting until fatigue sets in. An electric desk makes this convenient and easy ‒ just press a button or select a programmed height.

To save your preferred heights with the power table remote control, use the up/down buttons to set the tabletop to the height you want, for example for sitting. Then press the S button on the remote control and select the memory location number ‒ 1, 2, or 3.
For example, you can save the height for sitting work under button 1, and for standing work under button 2. Once saved, all the positions are remembered, and in the future you do not need to adjust the height manually every time ‒ just switch between the saved positions 1, 2 or 3 with one press of a button.
If an error occurs on the control panel, it is recommended to first reboot the system: unplug the table from the power supply, wait 15–20 seconds, and then plug it back in. In most cases, this will eliminate the error, which may have occurred due to short-term voltage drops in the network.

The single-motor frame provides a lifting speed of up to 25 mm per second and a load capacity of up to 80 kg. This is the optimal choice for basic needs - work at home, in the office or other not very demanding tasks. The simplicity of the design and reliability make it a convenient and economical option.
The dual-motor frame works faster — up to 38 mm per second, and the load capacity reaches 100 kg. Thanks to the two motors, the table is adjustable over a wider height range and can be raised higher.
This is the ideal solution for those who need greater productivity, comfortable work and wider customization options.
The choice between a single-motor and a dual-motor frame depends on your individual tasks. For simple and budget-friendly solutions, a single-motor frame is fully suitable, while a dual-motor frame is suitable for more intensive use and more complex tasks.
For the dual-motor frame models, there are two options depending on the type of lift. If there are three lift stages, the frame is in black. For models with two lift stages, the frame color is gray.
As for single-motor frames, they are available in three colors: white, gray, and black, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your interior or workspace style.
The difference between dual-motor mechanisms with two and three lifting stages lies primarily in the height adjustment range.
The three-stage lift mechanism allows the table to be adjusted over a wider height range, making it ideal for users with different needs and work areas. This provides greater flexibility in setup and comfort.
A two-stage lift mechanism has a slightly more limited adjustment range, but it is more compact and may be sufficient for standard work tasks.
The choice between the two options depends on your individual requirements: if you need maximum height and a wide range of possible adjustment, it is better to choose a three-stage mechanism. If compactness and basic functions are important, a two-stage mechanism is sufficient.
The Anti-Collision system is needed to protect the table, surrounding objects and the user when raising and lowering the tabletop.
If the table encounters an obstacle (wall, cabinet, windowsill, etc.), the system automatically stops the movement or changes its direction, preventing damage.
In our selection, this feature is only available in dual-motor tables and is included as a gift, at no additional cost.

The tabletop is made of laminated chipboard. It is a stable material with an even geometry and a protective decorative coating that is well suited for daily use.
The thickness of the board is 18 mm - this is the optimal balance of strength and weight, ensuring the reliability of the structure. The 2 mm thick PVC edge protects the ends from moisture, impacts and wear, extending the service life of the product.
We use high-quality chipboard from trusted suppliers with whom we have long-term cooperation, and carry out our own production of countertops based on it. Laminated chipboard is an economically viable material which fully meets the practical requirements of operation and provides a modern appearance of the product.
