Choosing a table height
We recommend choosing a height-adjustable desk, taking into account the user's height: for a height of up to 150 cm, a range of approximately 550 to 1000 mm is suitable; for 150–170 cm - from 600 to 1150 mm; for 170–185 cm - from 650 to 1200 mm; and for a height of over 185 cm, it is better to choose a desk with adjustment from 700 mm and above, up to 1250 mm and more.
